Born on the 8th of January in 1998, little Chloe Louise Hoson never made it through her first year of school; her life cut horrifically short at the hands of another. Her killer, despite admitting to murder and giving graphic details of Chloe’s last moments, including his actions afterwards, is now a free man; living alone and un-monitored, close to schools, in the suburbs of Sydney, Australia.
