Steven Soulman Snipes is a multi-talented writer, producer, and song writer that hails from Memphis, TN.  Snipes is  a trailblazer on the Memphis music scene and is most notably known for expanding the definition and sound of Memphis Hip hop with what he has aptly titled,  “hip hop soul”.  One of the first Memphis hip hop performers to routinely include live instrumentation in his show; Snipes and his entertainment company, Sophisticated Lifestyles,  has earned a sizeable following and stunning list of accomplishments.

Snipes and company have performed alongside artists such as Trey Songz, Big K.R.I.T. , K. Michelle and Lyfe Jennings.  In 2012, Snipes was the BET Apollo Live competition winner which earned him national recognition and numerous radio and tv show appearances.
