Diet Culture - it's a term that is thrown out a lot, but sometimes we just need someone to break it down for us. Today, I talk about what it is, how it's shown up in my life, and how I've shifted AWAY from diet culture, and how much of an impact that has made on my body image and self love.

I am SO honored to have the incredible Victoria Donelda on the pod this week! She started as a makeup artist, and has grown into a vlogger, influencer and model. I set out to have a conversation about fashion and beauty, but we ended up talking about waaaay more important things :) The blessings and curses of social media, our relationships with our bodies and each other and so much more. I can't wait for you to hear from her!!
This isn't your typical online dating success story. We met in a shady chatroom, talked for six months until I booked a ticket to go visit him in Detroit, and then he got on a plane for the first time ever and moved to Seattle to be with me. But that's not all :) Here's our story - a story of two people who you'd probably never put together on paper, which is why we're telling it. Thankful for my sweet husband for stepping waaaaaay out of his comfort zone to share part of his past and help me tell our crazy love adventure.

Eeeeeek! On this episode, I'm talking to one of my favorite humans, Ashley Ahmadzai - a psychic, (my very own) spiritual success coach and energy healer (among SO MANY OTHER THINGS). We discuss her coined term "flatulent thoughts" - our negative thinking that negatively impacts our lives. And how an energetic bend 'n' snap (our other coined term) can snap you right out of it! Change your thoughts, change your life, right?! Make sure you subscribe and leave a rating/review!
You can find Ashley on Instagram @vibrantly.you and on Facebook at Ashley Ahmadzai
