Police Minister, Bheki Cele has commended the police for intercepting a cash-in-transit heist following a deadly shootout between the police and a gang of suspected robbers in Rosetenville, South of Johannesburg yesterday. Eight would-be robbers were killed during a shootout with the police while another eight were arrested. Nine more suspects are on the run after fleeing the scene.
