The case against five people who are facing charges of assault linked to the forceful removal of an Amathole District Municipal councillor on Monday has been postponed to the 11th of February. The five appeared briefly in the East London Magistrates court yesterday (Tuesday). The charges against them stems from an incident at the offices of the ADM yesterday where a councillor, Nanziwe Rulashe, was forcefully removed from the offices.
