The ANC has expressed its disappointment at the criticism that former Public Enterprises minister Barbara Hogan has levelled against its deployment policy. In her submission to the Zondo Commission on State Capture, Hogan accused the ANC of interfering in the appointment of board members of state-owned enterprises and questioned the relevance of the governing party's deployment committee. The interviews for a new National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) are underway at the Union Buildings in Pretoria.
