    The Global Campaign for Education say they are concerned about a new proposed initiative the Education Outcomes Fund. The 'Education Outcomes Fund' seeks to raise $1 billion to scale up proven and / or innovative services from non-State actors by paying for the results achieved. The Global Campaign for Education says while they acknowledge the global education crisis and the need for a radical shift in financing education, the commodification of this basic human right deflects from achieving inclusive quality education for all.
