A latest report by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) has ranked Cape Town as Africa's top city of opportunity. The report benchmarks Cape Town against 30 of the world’s leading cities across 66 indicators of urban success. #FeesMustFall leader and activist, Mcebo Dlamini, is calling for amnesty to be granted to students who participated in the Fees Must Fall protests between 2015 and 2017. The Fees Must Fall was a student movement that started in 2015‚ to campaign for free higher education. Many students were criminally charged, others suspended and some expelled from university for damage caused to the institutions. Mcebo Dlamini says if their demands for amnesty are not met, they will organize and take it to the streets.
