  • Do No Expectation! - Day 139

Imagine just how 'YES' you’d be if you had no expectations, no crest fall from the burst ball of unfulfilled anticipations! Wide eyed curiosity and endeavour would envelop what you do, still choosing what you fancy but with no perfection haunting you. Freedom from expectation is the letting go of what you can’t control, it’s not hanging up your vision, dreams, direction or long term goal. Quite the opposite, it frees you up, you become more loose and willing, heart open to opportunity, and that cup of life so often talked of, is suddenly over filling.

  • Do Talk! - Day 138

Talk to someone! The size of what you’re hiding doesn’t matter to shame's cause, it hurts you from the inside out, it magnifies your flaws. The longer left unspoken the larger they become, infecting who you feel you are, changing what you do with what you’ve done. Today it’s time to let this go, drop the weight of hidden shame, talk to someone, let it out, everyday is start again!

  • Do You Treat Yourself Well? - Day 137

Do you treat yourself well? The meaning of this statement just truly dawned on me…to treat yourself back to wellness, to make yourself better. Treat yourself with little joys, your healing hand of now, be still, let go and enjoy the world, it’s yours and you’re allowed!

  • Do Persist Until Dreams Exist! - Day 136

Persistence! Keep going! 'Why?' and Patience are 'keep going’s' greatest friends, remember them when slugging through, and you’ll get there in the end. There is no joy greater than fulfilled potential, and you’ll immediately reach for more. You, happy with you, inspired and free…now that’s worth fighting for!

  • Do You DO Happiness? - Day 135

Practice implies repeating actions to get better at them and the daily practices I suggest are exactly that: thinking actions, repeated. Happiness, humility and gratitude can all be learnt and leveraged to bring our deep contentment!

  • Do Make YOUR Movie! - Day 134

Motivation comes and goes but routine is here to stay and we are what we do and think each and every day. Let inspired films and music conjure the movie of 'your best you', but then just change one repeated part of the daily things you do!

  • Do Fan The Flames Of Intuition! - Day 133

When the impulse of intuition flares from your heart, be bold, think through to it’s fruition, fruit baring and start! Imagine these sparks as flames that need feeding, so when they ignite in your mind, immediately dream hard and believe them, think of the impact you make when they’re boldly in motion, you’ve carried them through, feel it now, then into action!

  • Do YOU In The Morning! - Day 132

If you’re new to The Daily Do, or just dipping in for a listen, you may not know that the core of action that I humbly suggest here is that of a morning routine. Within it’s ways are the finding of stillness, the setting of intentions, gratitude, inspiration and all the good stuff that sets you off on the rightest foot that right could be.
