  • God Gives You All You Need

    Today's promise: Romans 8:32

If we could ever truly grasp how good God is and how much He wants to bless us, it would completely transform our lives.

God is not a stingy God that you have to beg for His attention or blessing. As His child, he has already blessed you with everything you need in Christ.

Sure, there will be some days of trouble and trial, but God will work them for your good.

If God willingly sent His only Son, why would He not willingly help you when you call on Him?

  • Your Eternal Home

    Today's promise: Revelation 21:1

So many Christians avoid reading the book of Revelation. Some think the book is too complicated or confusing. However, the book of Revelation gives us a wonderful picture of the end times.

God renews and restores the Earth to a greater glory than even the Garden of Eden. God will burn away the effects of sin and reveal a new heaven and Earth.

I love what John Eldredge says, "No wonder joy is the constant mood of the kingdom!"

You will have all eternity to explore this new Earth and heaven.

  • God's Promises Will be fulfilled

    Today's Promise: Romans 4:20-22

Faith believes that what God has said, He will do. When God makes a promise, He is faithful to fulfill that promise. God's word and His character are connected. He must keep His word. Faith holds onto that promise until it is made evident.

How long are you willing to hold onto a promise? Do you give up too soon? Does your faith waver after a few weeks?

Don't give up. God will fulfill every promise He has made to you. Stand in faith and don't waver.

  • You Will Not Wither

    Today's Promise: Psalm 1:2-3

When you focus on God's Word, He promises to make your life stable, fruitful, and resilient. He says the person who builds his life on the Word of God will be like a tree whose leaf does not wither.

What does it mean that your leaf does not wither? When all the other trees lose their leaves, the evergreen continues to show it still has life.

It's easy to get discouraged, but when you ground your life on the Word of God, you will stand and flourish even through difficult times. When those around you are in despair, you will stand firm and even flourish.

  • Rejoice!

    Today's Promise: Philippians 4:4

Joy is fundamental to the Christian life. Growing Christians are rejoicing Christians. In this promise, Paul commands us to rejoice.

Remember, with every command of God, there is a related promise. God always empowers you to accomplish His command.

Joy has nothing to do with your circumstance but is connected to the presence of God. Happiness is connected to situations in life.

Joy is the evidence of the Holy Spirit working in your life.

As you choose to rejoice, you will experience the supernatural joy of Christ flowing through you no matter what you are going through. God always empowers you to accomplish His command.

  • I Hear My Master's Voice

    Today's Promise: John 10:27

Jesus often describes Himself as the Good Shepherd. He describes those who follow Him as His sheep.

There are three powerful statements in this one simple verse.

First, those who follow Christ hear His voice.

Second, Jesus knows His followers. As the Good Shepherd, He knows each of His sheep by name.

Third, His sheep follow Him. With our eyes set on our Good Shepherd, we follow Him wherever He leads.

They never open their eyes to the spiritual battle that rages all around them. God promises that when you put on the spiritual armor He has provided, you find victory in the spiritual battles you face.

  • God Fights Your Battles for You

    Today's Promise: Deuteronomy 20:4

As the Children of Israel prepared to enter the promised land, they knew they would face new and powerful enemies.

Moses tells the people not to be afraid because God will be with them and fight for them.

How could they be afraid, knowing that the God who opened the Red Sea would fight their battles for them?

Today, you will enter into a battle. Instead of being filled with fear and dread, remember God is with you.

It's not about your strength or your ability but God's strength and power in you.
