I have been following Erec Smith for at least the last couple of years. Erec resigned as a 'Diversity Officer" once he saw the dangers of how this industry is framing the work and the vocabulary. He gives us some inside baseball on DEI and its goals.

DEI makes a lot of sense "if your goal is social transformation . . revolutionizing society, getting rid of powers that be and establishing something else."

"If you can make people question the very fundamentals of that society then that society will eventually hobble and eventually fall."
