As a researcher and leadership coach Dr. Ryan Heil has spent more than a decade helping organizations develop cultures that support higher levels of engagement and creative contribution. His research focus has led him to develop a new and unique methodology to assess an organization's culture. Choosing to lead from love and not feard does not guarantee that a team will become highly engaged and innovative. It is, however as he notes, the inescapable first step in unleashing human potential.
Ryan presently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at the Washington Speakers Bureau.
