10 (!) years ago today former WWE NXT Diva Skyler Moon aka Buggy Nova who was then known as Invexi Li, comedian David Burger and Scone from the internet show Pinkgirl & Scone joined Mark and Josi for a battle royal of a show.

Invexi talked about changing her name from her independent wrestling name of Buggy Nova, which was changed to Skyler Moon when she was in WWE, though she did not explain the new moniker. She talked about being featured and highly rated on wikifeet.com, how independent wrestlers are cattier than in WWE, how wrestling fans can be sometimes odder than porn fans, and how she is transitioning into an acting career which includes playing the super villain "Iron Maiden" in the web series Pinkgirl & Scone.

David talked about the exclusivity of having his name on the Comedy Store wall, what it was like growing up as an "Aryan" looking jewish guy in Pacoima, how he likes symmetrical feet though doesn't feel men should wear flip flops, how the show I'm Burger has evolved to the point of having a trivia contest where the loser gets shocked with a shock collar

Scone wore a wrestling mask for the entire show and described his superpower, which was the power of being stale, and his super English accent came in and out of conversation.

Oh...and Mark leg wrestled Invexi with hilarious and controversial results...

After just over 2 years and counting, Dark Mark's weight loss journey continues. He is now down 85 lbs and 10 inches in the waist. How did he do it and how is he sustaining it? It's because he was coached by bodybuilder, nutritionist, personal trainer and coach Paige Sandgren who was on the show in 2022 to tell you how you too can get Food Freedom and talk about her extraordinary life...

Paige grew up on the beaches of Michigan (really) and she talked about some fad diets she tried when she gained weight in college (Mark and Nicole also talked about their previous diet failures). She then started weightlifting and is now competing in the bodybuilding category as well as helping people with her Food Freedom program. This diet and exercise program was designed and produced while she was moonlighting in a lab and has helped Mark lose 4 waist sizes in less than 9 months. She tells the story of how she got her social media handle of @beefnuggette, talks about the reaction she gets on the street, has some laughs debunking fad diets and even recites her poem "White"

You can get a coaching consultation, follow Paige on social media or buy her something on her Amazon wish list (you might be surprised what is on there) here

10 years (!) ago this week David J. and Sasha Grey were Mark and Josi's superstar guests for a great show.

David talked about being one of the creaters of goth, how Bauhaus was influenced by dub and funk, how he wrote the lyrics to Bela Lugosi's Dead, how he just found out Love and Rockets was founded on a lie his bandmates told him, how Peter Murphy thinks of himself as Mr. Moonlight, even though David sang the song, how Love and Rockets listened to Britney Spears secretly backstage and played songs from his new solo album "An Eclipse of Ships"

Sasha talked about how she used a few months of research to conquer to adult film industry in 3 short years, how she went from having a UHaul break down on the freeway to getting answering machine messages from acadamy award winning director Steven Soderbergh, how her erotic novel "The Juliette Society" is the first of a planned trilogy of books and possibly films, finally gave her story regarding the controversy about her reading to children in Compton, how she had no one to help her peel spray on latex as she starred in David's video to Toxic and she slow danced with Mark AND Josi to David J.s song "Hot Sheet Hotel"

Rockstar Cheri Rockafella and comedian Brandon Black joined Mark and Nicole for one of the wildest shows we've had in a while...

Cheri made sure to clarify that she came up with the Rockafella name way before Jay Z, She started singing in her native Houston and sings one of her first songs "Punk Slut" on air. She made her way to the Sunset Strip in the 80s where she was cut out of a Ratt video for not having "Banana Tits" and dated Steven Adler from Guns N Roses. She then became a world champion clown and has plenty of clown and mime stories. She is back in LA and just released her first album "Fun Box" which is a mix of rock, blues, industrial and rap.

Brandon talked about growing up in South Central Los Angeles (he knew the guy who pulled Reginald Denny out of his truck. His father has been in prison most of his adult life, but he has overcome his obstacles by founding a clothing company (Nicole really liked his Black Rose hat) and by doing stand up comedy which has led him to have comedy specials with Revolt TV and Comedy Cube.He also recently saw Dave Chapelle at the Hollywood Bowl (but not THAT show) and seeing Chris Rock on the long walk to his parking spot.

He also talks about liking feet on a woman and Googled Banana Tits with surprising results!

Singer and Influencer Ayoka shocked the world with her apocalyptic Tweets about the solar eclipse then murdering her boyfriend and one of her children (another child having miraculously survived) and then killing herself.

You can read more about it here:

Who Was Ayoka? Astrology Influencer Suspected of Gruesome Killings (newsweek.com)

It turns out Ayoka was on The Dark Mark Show in 2019 for a much more lighthearted conversation.

Ayoka was brought up as an orphan in Maryland (despite what some bios of hers will tell you) and has a genius IQ, operatic vocal range and can play several musical instruments. In fact her piano teacher was so impressed, they encouraged her to be a singer. She refuses to use AutoTune and has put out the 2020 album Venus which features both male and female hands embracing her tattooed back and the 2021 song Weekend, whose lyrics really amused Mark. She also indulged her nerdy side, was very frank about her polyamorous sexuality and gave Mark and Nicole some advice based on the energy she was picking up on Zoom

Anyone with information that may help the investigation is asked to contact Operations Valley Bureau Homicide Detectives at (818) 374-9550. Tipsters wishing to remain anonymous should call the LA Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477) or go directly to www.lacrimestoppers.org.

Mark and Hannah celebrated the 5th Anniversary of The Dark Mark Show with a magical show as they welcomed 80s teen dream girl Diane Franklin and magician Michael Vile to the lighter side of the dark side.

Diane had so many stories about her roles in Better off Dead (including stories about the notorious Dan Schneider), Last American Virgin, Amityville Horror II and Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure, auditioning for Amadeus, Flashdance and John Hughes, being around young stars such as John Cusack, Keanu Reeves and Bill Paxton, having a successful marriage for over 30 years, and her comeback which includes a new Amityville Horror movie and possibly a role in Bill and Ted 3(!). Diane was also amazed by the magic of Michael Vile, who ate fire, conjured a live dove out of thin air, and regaled everyone with how he used Last American Virgin as inspiration for losing his own virginity…

The Dark Mark Show got in touch with its inner nerd as Mark and Hannah welcomed Julia Montgomery who played Betty Childs in Revenge of the Nerds and actor/cosplayer Brett Gustafson to the lighter side of the dark side.
Julia recounted growing up in New Jersey where she was a teenage model and acted in high school alongside classmate Jason Alexander quite a bit. She made some forgetful films before her big break in Revenge of the Nerds. She talked all about auditioning for the movie, the chaotic and sexually charged atmosphere on the set, how director Jeff Kanew’s encouragement of improvisation made the movie the classic that it is today, some surprising tension with Robert Carradine and really surprising revelations about Curtis Armstrong aka Booger. She also tackles the movie’s sketchy morality in today’s time, what 80s conventions are like, the Nerd sequels and what it is like to work with Sylvester Stallone and Ed Harris and so much more.
Brett came dressed as a nerd as only he can, discussed meeting Hannah for the first time when he first got to Hollywood, talked about getting a commercial where they only used his hands, how his training as a mime came in handy, and had a great story about being accosted at an Anime convention while dressed as the cartoon character Doug.
Stand-up comedian Jamie Gendron also called in to tell Julia what an inspiration she was to her. What a nerd!
