As a Liverpool native, I find great interest and wonder in the historical facts of my hometown, the fact King John granted us “borough” status in 1207, and that his hunting lodge, though privately owned, still stands to this day, genuinely amaze me. Yet, despite the excitement I still get learning things about the 800+ years Liverpool has stood, todays Dark Realm is closer to 1000 years old, and is not a large city, but a mere, and still functioning, Inn. One that could sincerely lay claim to being the most haunted dwelling in the UK. Sentient? Residual? Brought forth or sent?
