Just a quick update on my dad. Time to be a big boy now. Learning how to help my sick dad. Bonding with the family usually gets a little stronger in times lkke this. We wish him a full recovery and his strength in his feet. Our parents will get old and tired. It is up to us to comfort them and make everything okay.

She is at it again and again. Now she had the nerve to call the adult protective services on my dad. This needs to stop. She needs to get help and we need to stay calm and disciplined enough to help her. I am just not mentally trained for this kind of harassment.

A quick reminder to always choose yourself first. Everyone has problems but we must deal with them. My personal experience with a female friend and how quickly the energy shifted downward to a point of me having to take a step back and reevaluate the relationship.
