There's a cost when anything that you do, that you're trying to become great at and become great and especially if it's in rugged environments where there's a lot of stress. I mean, obviously, there's probably no better situation than a navy seal.

How can someone go out and sell or talk about leadership and you haven't lead anything. So much talk about leadership and leading in American culture in their books and on their tweets, If we have all these leaders we should have no problems in America, not none, from military to social to none, based on what I see out there and we I couldn't be further from the truth.

When you say you're going to do something, you do it, you follow through. Since i’m in the people business and totally believe it's all about the people. I'm looking at your skills with people, and how you handle the human dynamic situations that come to you.
