This is one of those moments when I got on the subject of sleeping less to do more. What a joke.

Sitting down with Jason and Iris Gardner and their children to tape a POD was as exciting as walking into the Platoon Hut as a SEAL every day. Jason and I go way back, but more interesting is that Jason and Iris started their life together at the same time Jason and I linked up in SEAL Team. Jason spent nearly three decades in the SEAL Teams with nine deployments across the globe. He knows everything about leadership and shares strategies and life experiences talking about it. Iris heald down the fort while Jason was deployed. She is a horse wrangler, writer and former EMT.

I have witnessed it all and was a better SEAL Leader, husband, and father because of our relationship. They are family. We chit chat about all kinds of topics and just generally had a damn good time. Enjoy.
