To treat myself for the work I've put in this week, I took a break from almost everything and you should too.  Today we rest, relax, and recover from all the stress, work, and crap we went through for the week.

Today is the 6 month episode and I will be discussing measuring with metrics, or KPI's and how to apply them to your family.

I share some thoughts about leveling up your life and gamifying everything you do, applying experience points, identifying what tasks could be the level boss, and how to level up.
