The Devil in Detail

And just like that...The end of the Hunter Rose era of The Devil in Detail. We see the last stand of Lucas Ottoman and a fiery confrontation with Liz Sparks. We'll see Hunters final thoughts and Larry smoking his last cigarette and we'll see the end of the Hunter Rose story...for now? There's always room to tell more tales of Hunter but for now, that's all he wrote. Vivat Hunter...and onward into the Christine Spar era.

We jump right back in where we left off. Grendel is being watched...so much so that he's making mistakes...and in his place, mistakes are deadly. We see more of what home life is like for the strange family-unit that is Hunter, Larry and Stacy and get some heated pillow talk between star crossed and, at odds, lovers, Lucas and Liz. Then we ends things where all trouble happens...the docks...all that and more this week...on The Devil in Detail!

We're in between books this week so we brought back Brennan Wagner and we're also joined by The Godfather himself... Matt Wagner. Matt geeks out about his love for The Shadow, we talk to Brennan about their first time working together and what it's like working with their dad/son. We'll also dive into the impetus for Behold the Devil...a certain Auntie Di... Also stay tuned at the end of the show to find out what Matt's cooking for dinner!

We conclude our coverage of the prohibition era tale of romance and crime that is Grendel vs. The Shadow. Brennan Wagner also returns to shed light and color on his lights and colors. This week, the final seduction of Hunter Rose by mob heiress Sofia Valenti and The Shadow finally corners Grendel for a battle of the blades and we see them mano a mano, tit for tat, blow for blow and blood for blood! An amazing cross over by Matt Wagner.
