Moving to Santa Monica...my dream location on the beach! Just started the very beginnings of my Health and Mental Wellness organization.

Dedication to my sweet grandmother Jackie Nulph 11/2/26-4/4/20, my PhD program currently online due to Covid19, decided to get certified in Holistic Nutrition as well as doing an 8-week mindfulness coarse (MBSR), I'm in hustle mode while others are binging on Netflix, Jackie Nulph in heaven. 

Response to the Covid19 virus shutdown, thoughts on it being good for the Planet, PhD schooling still a go...albeit online, new pursuit to be a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach in conjunction with doctorate.

Kobe Bryant tragedy and sadness... but left me with inspiration, PhD school weekend review, we all need therapy, planning out my future.

My laborious Christmas, two 10 page scholarly APA formatted papers due for my Ph.D program...coupled with hosting a holiday dinner for my family while taking care of my 5-year old...Jesus Christ Happy Birthday!

Two academic papers due on Xmas...so Merry Christmas to me, toothache heartache, daughter doing well in school, first date good, 2nd date just okay, third date...pass, no alcohol is great, contemplation of my future career with a PhD; maybe I should be wearing sunglasses because my future is bright ;) 

Sober October and beyond... This episode is dedicated to Mike Ontiveros. Rest in peace brother

Pre-PhD weekend at Pacifica, the guy who hit me and his insurance adjuster are both unethical, my Home Depot commercial, hard kombucha, heated bidet, amazing clear stars in the sky in Montecito.
