Laugh lines, Girl did an old woman move on a 1st date, Realization of how relative stress free I was when I was younger, J-Lo's Spanish version of 'Waiting For Tonight' is much better...I think, The Syllabi for my PhD program came in and I have my work cut out, I want to do standup while I'm pursuing my doctorate to balance out the seriousness in my life, Working on set 2 days shooting national commercial for Toyota...grateful, I'm a stock trader now...lets go Amazon and Starbucks, Life Insurance policy for my daughter in case I kick the bucket early, And my beach Baptism!   

Girl saying SMH while keeping her head straight, getting cocky studying physiology for my NASM re-exam, beautiful women make bad drivers, getting sad reading comedy, proud of baby mama landing a very nice job, daughter talking to kids about God in school...whoops! 

Less screen time and social media, being aware, no desire to date...is that bad? Re-certifying for NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) to go in strong to my PhD program knowing the latest research in my field, listening to Jordan Peterson a lot and being inspired by his intelligence and the fact that he's a Clinical Psychologist heavily influenced by CG Jung, going to church for the first time in a long time working hard on re-newing my relationship with God, UFOs and maybe their God is the same as ours, happy I'm not drinking or doing any drugs, and I scheduled my baptism and not gonna tell anyone about it. 

I am now a BELIEVER!

Just getting stuff off my chest to see if I feel better 

Going to the DMV twice in two days, dinner with former Spiritual Psychology friend Hollace Dowdy who's getting a PhD at Pacifica like I'm going to, at the restaurant that I formally met with a girl who ghosted me, inspiring myself, new mac book vs refurbished, a brief briefing on AI, I'm enjoying reading boring psychology books, and feeling good about making a good choice for my future.  

Why do people write off R. Kelly music but not Michael Jackson's, preparing to start PhD program, break from open mics, realizing the ends don't justify the means for being just a standup comedian, doing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and being only an actor, seeing the passion and commitment of Inbar Lavi with my own eyes, applying for scholarships, watching a Q&A with Sacha Baron Cohen. 

I got into my PhD program!!! Visiting my grandma in the hospital on the way back from my interview with faculty, what I want to be doing in 5 years with a PhD, no drugs or alcohol in the last 5 months.
