  • The Jessica Harlow Podcast | Episode 17: 3 Types of Negative People, F*cked Up Parents, & How to Get People to Do What You Want
In this episode of The Jessica Harlow Podcast, I talk about the 3 Types of Negative People in your life — who they are and how to identify and deal with each. I share my own personal experiences and what I’ve learned about not just how to deal with negative people, but how to deal with negative parents (aka TOXIC Parents) and/or immediate family members. I’ve discussed dealing with negative people before, as have many others, but I’ve gotten countless messages and emails over the years from people asking me what to do when the people that need to be cut out of your life aren’t necessarily easy ones to cut out. Whether it’s your mom, dad, siblings, or very close relatives, it can be a real challenge to figure out how to deal with and manage their negative behavior. I share the mindset and some of the strategies that have worked for me & I hope they help you!Connect with me on Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/jessicaharlow[@jessicaharlow]Want some of my tips & secrets to growing the longest, healthiest hair you can? • The Jessica Harlow Podcast | Episode 9: Signs You’re Dating a Sociopath / Narcissist + An Interview with My Sociopathic Ex's Ex GF
In this episode, host Jessica Harlow shares what she’s learned from briefly dating someone she and many others believe is a sociopath & narcissist. Since putting Brian Pancir, a cook in New York City claiming to be a private chef for A-List celebrities such as Robert DeNiro, The New York Yankees, etc, on blast for getting married less than 24 hours after their last date, more than a handful of women and people have come forward to share their own experiences with this exact same man. Based on the evidence brought forward, it’s safe to assume that this isn’t a story about a typical womanizer or cheater, but a sociopathic narcissist and con artist.
One of the women that came forward and agreed to be interviewed is Brian's ex-girlfriend, *Cindy, who not only dated but also lived with the man for quite some time. *Cindy shares stories from that chapter of her life, including the lies he told, and how she suddenly came to find that he wasn’t the man he led her to believe.
The purpose of this episode is to shed light on a topic often overlooked — how to spot the signs you might be dating a narcissist or a sociopath. Narcissists, sociopaths, criminals — they’re all out there, and while they thankfully aren’t as common as a simple cheater, it’s still not entirely impossible to come across one.
