Nina is a New York Times bestselling author for her book The Big Fat Surprise. She is also an investigative science journalist, an adjunct professor at NY University and the Executive Director of the Nutrition Coalition.

She is highly informed and spent over 10 years doing extensive research combing through thousands of nutrition research papers and interviewing hundreds of nutrition experts worldwide in preparation for her book.
