Hola DigHeads! On this week’s Digression Sessions Podcast we have the very funny Bob Rose! Bob is a filmmaker as well as a co-host of the “An Innocent Looking Book Store” Podcast, recently voted “Best Podcast in Baltimore” by the City Paper. Yes, that’s right, we here at Baltimore’s number three podcast ain’t too proud to exploit those to whom we are resentful for the purpose of a great episode!
Seriously though, Bob’s a great dude and we had a great time. Topics discussed this week include adolescent intercourse with inanimate objects (we all agree on warmed fruit as preferential), Bob’s habit of making award winning short films, and of course the scene in Ghost Dad where Bill Cosby gets urinated through. This was a real fun one guys and Bob is a unique personality .
Thanks for all downloads DigHeads! Feel free to write all sorts of stupid juvenile crap on our Facebook wall. We love it all! And please check the Digression Sessions website for all of Josh and Mike’s Standup dates! We Love you!

Hola DigHeads! As promised last week, this week’s episode celebrates 100 Sessions of Digression with an episode 1 commentary track featuring Josh and Mike in both retrospective and contemporary forms…or at least that was the plan. Unfortunately, we lost a piece of equipment or something so instead of the special episode you just get present day Josh and Mike yakking it up about things, things, and more things. But don’t worry…somehow these Josh and Mike only episodes seem to be getting some of the best responses overall, and this one is no exception!
Follow Josh and Mike’s, now standard, guestless episode format where the boys start of silly, get way too personal and emotional, and end with a reference to Jared from Subway. Seriously, things get hysterically ridiculous and seriously deep in this one folks. This may be the best guestless episode yet!
Thanks for all the support guys! Please continue to post on the Facebook page and maybe subscribe to us on Twitter. And don’t forget to check the calendar on the website for all of Josh and Mike’s standup and improve dates! We Love you!

Hola DigHeads! On this week’s podcast we have Matt Mahafey! Matt is a standup comedian and comedic actor and rolls with the local comedy group Color Me Funny (Hey, three variations of the word comedy in that sentence!). Matt is a very funny, kind, and interesting individual and we are grateful to have him on a very special episode!
Why special you ask? Well it just so happens that Matt stopped by on our 100th episode! Sure it’s just an arbitrary number only given special significance because humans likely evolved the ten interval number system from counting on our fingers, but the emotional significance is far greater! Josh and Mike have had a blast over the last 100 episodes and are eternally grateful for all the DigHeads around the globe!
Topics discussed on this episode include Matt’s eventual comedic aspirations in far away lands, rapping, shit factories, and much more! Go to ColorMeFunnyComedy.com for their shorts and live dates!
Thanks everyone for 100 episodes of making Josh and Mike’s dreams a reality! If you get a chance, please say hi on our Facebook page or maybe leave a review on iTunes. And all of Josh and Mike’s standup/improv dates are on the Digression Sessions website. Thanks everyone! We Love you!

Ohhhhhh Yeahhhhhhhhh!
Hola DigHeads! Happy Thanksgiving! Cut yourself a slice of pumpkin pie, fasten a buckle to your hat and shoes, hand a Native American an infected blanket, and relax with your favorite pair of ear buds! On this week’s Digression Sessions, Josh and Mike celebrate Thanksgiving by focusing an episode on the two things they are most thankful for: Josh Kuderna and Mike Moran! That’s right no guest this week, just the love between the two hosts!
On this week’s episode Josh and Mike let loose by discussing their favorite personal Thanksgiving stories, of which neither have a single one. Also Josh admits his traditional Thanksgiving meat relapse (don’t tell his sponsor), Mike learns of the band, The Lost Prophets, for one of the worst reasons…and then they joke about it for 20 minutes or so…
Thanks for listening everyone! We are truly thankful for you guys! We have listeners all around the world and you guys are damn amazing! If you get a chance, please leave us an iTunes review, find the Digression Sessions Facebook page, and maybe tell a friend about Digression Sessions. We Love you!

Hola DigHeads! This week on Digression Sessions Podcast we the very talented Rex Anderson! Rex is a voice actor, regular actor, and a musician. He performs with the Baltimore Rock Opera Society, Random Battles, and lends his voicing talents to the Meanwhile at the Skull Base podcast as well as a bunch of video games.
This week we sit and talk to Rex about his many ongoing projects, as well as his journey to marriage (sorry ladies), and the surprisingly long and complex cannon that exists of the Air Bud mythos.
Thanks for stopping by the studio Rex, we had an amazing time! Make sure to check out Meanwhile at the Skull Base, an excellent scripted podcast show created by Bryan Preston and featuring both Rex Anderson and our very own Josh Kuderna.

We'll be celebrating our birthdays at Hour Haus at 7 pm on Sat Nov 2! Playing music! Free show!
!!!
Hola DigHeads! This week on Digression Sessions Podcast we have the interesting and talented Sara Armour! Sara is a very funny DC stand-up as well as a professional life coach. Josh and Mike had a great time chatting it up with this engaging and charismatic lady, and may have actually learned a little something about themselves.
Topics discussed on this episode include Sara’s secrets of success…, and the difference between male tagreted lesbian porn and the kind that’s made for actual lesbians (yes, it exists). Plus Sara walks Mike through the root causes of his ever-festering rage boiling just beneath his thin facade of ignorant serenity. Yay!
Thanks everyone for listening! Please come out and see us do music and such this Saturday Nov. 2nd at the Hour Haus in Baltimore, 7 to midnight. Also, if you can please leave a comment on our Facebook page and subscribe to us on Stitcher. Thanks everyone!

Hola DigHeads! This week on Digression Sessions Podcast we Skype it in all the way from that other coast we’ve heard so much about (mostly in Tupac songs). We have Sam and Thomas from one of Mike’s 3 favorite podcasts, F This Podcast! Thomas also does the "Thomas and the Bible" podcast where he reads the entire Bible front to back while making fun of it. These are two seriously hilarious brothers (they’re actually brothers, not black guys) who’s comedy is enhanced by their admittedly “not trying” approach to the art. We here at Digression Sessions strongly encourage you to check out F this Podcast! and Thomas and the Bible.
On this episode we discuss a future utopia where cars run on poop, the new Google layout (or lack of one), the debate over how “Worcestershire sauce” is pronounced and Sam’s dissatisfaction with God’s design of his new daughter’s digestive system. Also, Mike finds a kindred spirit in Sam who has the same weird testicle thing as he (lots of testicle talk when Thomas is on).
Thanks to Sam and Thomas for joining us this week. We wish these guys lived closer so we could hang out! Also thanks to everyone for your comments and likes on the Facebook page. Please check out the calendar on the DigSesh website for all of Josh and Mike’s improv and standup dates! Love you!

This week on Digression Sessions Podcast we got 80% soul and 20% Oh! That’s right, it’s another solo ep. And by solo we mean both Josh and Mike. In this ep, the boys get caught up on the current events of their respective (if not respectable) day to day existences. And for some reason Mike thinks the idea of a leaky testicle sounding like oil dripping onto metal is the funniest thing he’s ever heard in his life.
Other topics this week include Josh’s recent first contact with a long lost half-brother (for real), the debatable rudeness of store employees assuming you’re unemployed (and perhaps unemployable), and doing standup in rooms nearly void of all but the elderly, an experience both Mike and Josh weirdly had separately this week. Oh and don’t worry normal people, they boys discuss this weather. Have you seen this weather?!
As always Josh and Mike had a great time catching up with a no-guest episode, and it appears listeners are enjoying them as well! Please put a comment or two on the Facebook page or on iTunes Dig Heads! And why not go ahead and subscribe to Digression Sessions on Stitcher or iTunes? Thanks as always everyone! We love you!

This week the hilarious Ben O'Brien joins us!
We have another excellent episode Of Digressions Sessions Podcast this week, with the return of the always lovable and usually anxious Ben O’Brian! Ben is a comedian/director/writer who resides among those Wham City folk we’ve heard so much about. In addition to being an up and coming stand-up comedian, Ben has directed music videos for some of Baltimore’s greatest musical talents including Dan Deacon, Height, Flock of Dimes, Dope Body , and Beach House!
This week we discuss with Ben, his chronic anxiety issues, his comedy video series entitled Showbeast, and his long time running of a hoax website that convinced the world he was the world’s biggest Tony Danza fan! He even landed a radio interview with the big guy himself (featured at the end of the episode).
Thanks Ben for stopping by, we had a great time as always and you’re one interesting SOB!
Thanks everyone for subscribing on itunes and on Stitcher. Please keep those Facebook comments a –comin! Love you!
