Following Jesus is not just one decision. It is a lifetime of choosing to keep walking with Him.

Rahab's faith began when she welcomed the Israelite spies in Joshua 2, but that was only her first step. When the walls of Jericho fell, Rahab had to trust God's promise, gather her family, leave behind the life she had known, and become part of the people of God.

In this sermon from Joshua 6:22-23, Pastor Jason Barnett explores what Rahab's story teaches us about Christian discipleship, spiritual growth, obedience, and continuing to follow Jesus after our first step of faith.

Faith is more than a momentary decision. It is an aligning of our lives with Jesus, one decision at a time.

Your first yes to Jesus matters. But it was never meant to be your last.

What if your faith is real, but your life is still a mess?

Rahab does not enter the story of Joshua with a clean past, perfect theology, or everything figured out. She is a prostitute living in Jericho when two Israelite spies arrive at her door. What happens next is messy, complicated, and ultimately remembered in Scripture as an act of remarkable faith.

In this sermon from Joshua 2:1-14, Pastor Jason Barnett explores the story of Rahab and what her life teaches us about faith, repentance, grace, and taking a first step toward God.

If you have ever wondered whether your past disqualifies you, whether God could really want someone like you, or whether you have to get your life together before coming to Jesus, Rahab's story offers hope.

Faith does not always begin after the mess is cleaned up. Sometimes faith begins right in the middle of it, when a broken person catches a glimpse of who God is and decides to take one step toward Him.

You do not have to understand everything before you come to Jesus. You just have to be willing to take the next step.
