Real life is a team sport. There is a difference between deciding to do something and taking action to do it. Success comes with the assistance of others.

Sometimes things go  different way and it's easy to feel sorry for yourself. Don't worry about what others are up to, focus on yourself. Go all in on yourself while blocking out the noise. Show up every single day and do the work; they are not gonna take away your spirit.

The average person reads no more than 20 books per year, however CEOs read an average of 60. Reading is a great way to build, improve, and better your business. Try to read and expand yourself to get more books read this year. 

Thinking back over the year and going into the new year, think about what you expect. Expect more from the next year than just wanting to survive. Establish high expectations of yourself and those around you. Level up yourself and others - that is leadership!
