From Denver Colorado, ButterWax creates original beats and lyrics blending hip hop and house grooves with a live jazzy feel. On stage, this two piece achieves a full band sound by live looping bass, keyboards, and sax harmonies along side beats made on an MPC. When paired with the funky guitar, smooth vocals, and flying solos from both of these instrumentalists, ButterWax brings a hip sound that can make you move your feet while opening your ears and your mind. In the studio, they strive to maintain vibes achieved in their live performance setting while still taking advantage of the studio as its own instrument to bring out the full potential of each track.

Derived from his forever hated middle name, Swedish-American musician Henrik Jonzon coined the alter-ego “The Late Arthur” for his new melodic lo-fi guitar rock project. This messy mix of nostalgic indie bliss depicts a dysfunctional world of skateboarding, sex, family camping trips and the endless plights of trying to become a functional adult.

On his debut effort “Lake Shore Drive” Henrik rants about when his grandmother came to visit the family in Chicago where they were living at the time. Especially honing in on a day trip downtown resulting in an awkward situation in the van…

The Late Arthur is a far cry from Henrik Jonzons day job as a songwriter/producer for European artists like Kilian & Jo, Sigrid, Miriam Bryant, Alexander Oscar, Rebecca & Fiona, Ängie, Vigiland etc.

The Late Arthur will be releasing a follow up single as well as an EP in 2019 - But first off, as mentioned, is “Lake Shore Drive” May 17, 2019.

What do you get when you combine soulful folk with Alternative rock and a dash of Shoegaze? One answer: Patrik Williams. Armed with his acoustic guitar ‘Django’ and smooth vocals, he delivers a truly one-of-a-kind performance unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.

From a young age, Patrik always loved entertaining, and was always surrounded by music within his family. He eventually developed a dual love for Magic tricks and music of all things. Later on in his life, he became familiar with classical and virtuosic music, which later became the foundation for his unique percussive playing style. Listening to bands such as Bastille and The Black Keys, He became a huge fan of fancy hooks and meaningful lyricism, However, It wasn't until He discovered Daniel Champagne that everything changed. Daniel's Extremely unique guitar style resonated with Patrik in a way no musician had ever done before. He started to imitate the style in a way he thought was correct, until finally discovering his own perspective on the percussive acoustic genre. To this day, Patrik owns the style and strives to constantly master his craft, and develop new complex, yet astounding melodies that are truly beautiful for the ear.
