The DJ Pod Cast

Me (Tobias – singer, guitarist) and Marcus (drummer) met at school (like university). We both had years of playing in bands before but didn't have anything going on music wise anymore. We bought a case of beer and headed to a rehearsal space to jam. We kept on doing just that and didn't really realize we had a new band on our hands until we had several songs and a booked show. In other words, we had to scout for a bassplayer fast.

I started playing music in elementary, and went on to be a percussionist in middle school, and kept expanding into other instruments ever since. - I was born and raised in L.A. Lived in Dallas, and have lived in Jacksonville FL for almost 20 years. - I make a trumpet sound with my mouth. - I made all the music for the film California Winter (2013) - I've been a gigging musician for 20 years, it's been my sole source of income, and have navigated through all the media changes. - My latest collection of songs are tongue-in-cheek, and latest project is my mariachi band.
