»radiant devices« is an electro-art rock and industrial project from Chicago. Intentional yet idiosyncratic the band has been praised for eclecticism and originality on tape and on stage. The group was founded by Fyodor Sakhnovski and Mojdeh. Fyodor is a guitarist, percussionist, and audio producer. Mojdeh is an inter-disciplinary artist, musician, award winning and internationally touring poet, educator and advocate for survivors of trauma. Her writing focuses on topics related to trauma, race, family and religion. The band has performed with notable acts like Psychic TV, Saul Williams, Pere Ubu, Man or Astro-Man?, Mr. Gnome, and Sorne.

Their second album "unheeded" (out now: http://smarturl.it/unheeded) is a poetic examination of the experience and effects of racism, trauma, silence, fear and grief. Haunting female vocals scale over angular, post-punk guitar riffing, the pounding of metal percussion and the melancholy drone of downtempo synths.

Bittersweet songs to help exorcise your demons. Drawing inspiration from 1990s alt-rock and trip hop artists.

Taking inspiration from artists such as Beck, Brian Jonestown Massacre, and Pavement - the band have undergone many transformations over the years; recently "evolving into our superior form", as the band succinctly put it. That superior form, is Junodream.

Having built up heady live reputation in London in the short time they've existed as Junodream, headlining venues such as The Pickle Factory and Bermondsey Social Club - they've also busied themselves self-recording and releasing various tracks over the past 12 months - the latest of which, their debut EP 'Terrible Things That Could Happen'.

The EP details feelings of being disjointed, and gradually falling apart as a result. "It’s not easy realising you’re in the middle of something rotten, especially when you don’t know what the problem is. Eventually you find yourself drifting away from someone you care about and the behaviour that comes to the surface can be kind of messed up. Hopefully, these tracks capture some of that."

Oh He Dead came to life in Washington D.C. in the summer of 2015 when Cynthia Johnson and Andy Valenti met serendipitously on H street. After finding their musical match in one another, they quickly collected some of the best musicians in Washington, DC, and formed Oh He Dead.

Perhaps best described as indie-soul, Oh He Dead mixes in healthy doses of classic R&B vibes, funk, and folk with deliciously addictive songwriting. Led by the stirring harmonies of Cynthia and Valenti, and the masterful guitarring of Alex Salser, Oh He Dead mixes Motown influences with poignant lyrics to move both your soul and your feet.
