Kennedy, Jr. that made use of JFK imagery played, and while RFK apologized, he still has the ad on his Twitter page. Beyond that, Dom and Crute talk about some of their favorite commercials from the game.

Civic Media sports reporter Mike Clemens is still in Vegas, so he shares what it was like on the scene at Super Bowl LVIII.

Trump’s followers are stalling to avoid giving Biden a victory, endangering the entire world in the process. Van Orden himself is simply too busy complaining about the lack of Free Bird in the Culvers’ playlist.

After that, Up North News Radio has a conversation about Northeast Wisconsin seeing grassroots activity like never before with people eager to step up and run for office. Three women who have expressed interest in running for Congress are working together to talk up the issues and get more folks interested in running for something and supporting those who do.

Finally, Charles Franklin with the Marquette Law School Poll the Devil's Advocates to discuss the results of his newest poll, that was released Wednesday. Biden and Trump are neck and neck! Hayley, not so much. In fact, she's polling even worse in Wisconsin than she did last night in Nevada. Plus, people want the weed in Wisconsin, and our suspicions are confirmed: Robin Vos is the most unpopular politician in the state of Wisconsin.

Joe Biden will not be charged for keeping classified documents, a special council finds. Comparing it to what Trump did, the council found major difference between what Trump did and what Biden did. Part of it? They had some harsh words for Biden - mostly that he's old! His memory is going! He had an onion on his belt! It was the style at the time!

Trump is making his way to the Treasure Island Casino in Vegas tonight for his victory in the Nevada Caucus tonight. How can we say that so soon? Well, he's the only one who's going to be there. Crute can see the airport from his hotel room, and while he won't be able to go to his victory party, he can at least watch his jet land!

SCOTUS heard oral arguments today about whether or not Trump should appear on the Colorado ballot, and they seem inclined to side with Trump and let him on the ballot. Just as Crute said they would, or at least what Crute says he said. Dom's not so sure about how exactly that conversation went.

Plus - Trump's set to win the caucus in Nevada tonight, mostly because he's the only one there. But his party at Treasure Island will be without Crute, as he's been denied once again. In Iowa? Sure, maybe the rooms were small. But in Vegas? Well, now it's starting to feel a bit personal...

Speaking of Trump, he gave his immediate reaction to today's SCOTUS oral arguments. I know he like's to sue, maybe he should sue the airport next door that seems to fly it's planes right over his house in Mar-a-lago...

Trump's lawyers get to argue before the US Supreme Court tomorrow morning about whether or not he should appear on the Colorado ballot. Civic Media Host Jim Santelle joins the Devil's to give his take on the case. His prognosis? SCOTUS will probably put him back on the ballot, because that's just who they are.

And should Trump have absolute immunity? No, of course not, says Santelle. Not only that, but the matter should be done, and should not be heard by SCOTUS. Will he try to appeal anyways and draw this thing out? Probably, but then the question is - does SCOTUS have enough integrity to ignore it?

What's the biggest embarrassment in recent electoral history? It might not be Scott Walker anymore, at least he didn't lose to "none of the above" like Nikki Hayley. The results of the useless Nevada presidential primary are in, and Hayley didn't just lose to "none of these candidates," it got more than double the amount of votes than her. Say what you will about Nikki Hayley, but she still managed to do the impossible by being both the big winner of the Republican primary, and the biggest loser.

Joe Biden, meanwhile, took almost 100,000 votes in yesterday's primary election, continuing to show his strength. "None of these candidates" did place second, above Marianne Williamson, but even she did better than Dean Phillips, who wasn't even on the ballot.

Hayley's big loss, however, doesn't even mean anything, because she was going to be a loser no matter what. Why? Well, because Trump wasn't in the race, and all the delegates will be handed out tomorrow during the Republican caucus. She's out here pulling a Dom, saying that the Republican Party is in disarray!

And speaking of Republican disarray, the House had one hell of a 24 hours. Failing to pass the border bill! Failing to pass aid for Israel and Ukraine! Failing to fraudulently impeach Mayorkas! Don't blame the leadership though, it can't possibly be there fault! How can they control who shows up to vote!

Crute is live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for the Nevada Presidential Primary election. The least important primary election this year! Why? Because Nikki Haley is the only real candidate in the race, and all the delegates will be given out later this week at the Nevada caucus. You know, the one where Trump will be at.

Trump's opting to skip the election and head to the caucus Thursday night, where his only competition is someone who nobody has even heard of. And the best part for Trump? You need a photo ID!

Speaking Trump, his New York case seems to be falling apart even more, and the case is basically over! Allen Weisselberg may have lied on the stand, and Engoron is not happy. Not only can everything he said in defense of Trump now be tossed out, but it might push Engoron over the edge and make Trump pay as much as possible. False in one thing, false in everything.

As we are on the air, the impeachment vote of Mayorkas FAILS in the House. And who voted no? Wisconsin's own Mike Gallagher? What?

Crute has made it safely to Las Vegas, but that's not the top story. A panel of judges has unanimously ruled that Trump does not have absolute immunity in his January 6th case. His diplomatic immunity? It's been revoked.

His only possible hope? SCOTUS. And he only has a week to file his paperwork to appeal before the case moves forward. Let's see how many Supreme Court Justices think the president should have absolute power... Plus, the SCOTUS is getting ready to hear oral arguments in the case on whether or not Trump should appear on the ballot at all. What a great campaign he's running!

Turning to Wisconsin though, the Wisconsin Supreme Court has been, lets say, horsing around. Turns out, Protasiewicz's campaign people was calling Dan Kelly a... horse lover... in her ads throughout most of the campaign. Even Crute has to blush with this story! Dom, not so much, he's pretty open to anything.

Biden beat Crute to Vegas, but that doesn't mean they both can't still have fun in sin city! He gave a big speech to voters over the weekend, and we hear a little of what he had to say. We still have one question though: how much did he put on the Chief's winning the Super Bowl?

Okay, maybe the Nevada caucus too, because you know, that's what really matters. That's the one with Trump, and the delegates. It's not his fault he has to go to the casino!
