In 1977 Cathy Crowell informed a police officer that she had been viciously raped which resulted in the conviction of Gary Dotson. Unfortunately for him Cathy lied about the crime but eventually admitted this and worked to get him free. Was it too little too late? Was the case a farce to begin with?
