This week is about boundaries, and learning to keep boundered for your own sake.
Brhamcharya translates as chastity, but I see it translating as circling the wagons, and keeping true to yourself first, before we offer to others in whatever fashion.
We set out with ahimsa, allowing love and kindness to guide us in our interactions with ourselves first and then others, and we add truthfulness so we can shed a light in the dark, adn remember as often as we can, that we truly are enough, we do not need more of what another has, but we need to find what we are missing within...and as we do that we come to find that we may expend energy to get what we feel we need and tire ourselves needlessly - boundary as we come to our own dwelling place - the second chakra resonating here -
In the next few bare moments what do you feel in this boundary of your own life’s body?
