Conflict appears in all areas of life from colleagues to parents, kids and partners and there is nothing quite like the conflict of divorce. In last week's episode we talked about how mediation can help and I mentioned a technique called Perceptual Positions.
In this episode I talk you through the details of the technique so you can try it yourself and see whether it makes a difference to how you feel.
I would love you to reach out with your own topics and stories for potential inclusion on the podcast.

As an NLP practitioner, I'm passionate about anchors and how they can help and hinder us. In this episode I talk about how we can create anchors to empower us and equally how we can subconsciously create negative ones and how they can hold us back.
If you are confused about anchoring, this is the episode for you.
If you wish you had more confidence when you need it, or want to feel positive emotions on demand, an anchor can help.

In this episode I talk with Brendan from Music Kids Academy about the benefits of music for our mental health. We talk about the challenges of music, particularly as the arts are removed from the curriculum as a first point of call in cost savings, and we look at failure, confidence and tools to help us with a positive mindset.
Brendan is also a coach and gives great insight into his thoughts around topics of mindset. We discover what keeps him grounded and why he got into music in the first place.
If you want to play an instrument, it is never too late to start. If you think the provision in your, or your children’s school is lacking, pass this on to the people who make the decisions. Start teaching our kids the joy of music so it’s not lost and can help their mental health, along with your own.

Welcome to another episode of "The Drama Dialogues," where I delve into the depths of human experiences and personal growth.
In this episode, I am inspired by the renowned author and speaker, Glennon Doyle, as I explore the powerful concept of embracing our true selves and the role that values play in the journey of self-discovery.
Glennon Doyle’s book, Untamed, helped me through some of my most difficult times and here I share a story from the book to show how you can also overcome challenges, step out of the cage and recognise that you are a Goddamn Cheetah.
I delve deeper into the exploration of values and how they can help and hinder you and how you can start to find out what yours are.
Join me for this thought-provoking episode as we uncover the power of recognizing our inner cheetah and the transformative impact of living a life in alignment with our values.
I would love you to reach out with your own topics and stories for potential inclusion on the podcast.

In this episode, I discuss anxiety and its impact on individuals and society.
I talk about how anxiety is a prevalent issue affecting various aspects of people's lives, such as parenting, careers, and the global impact of events like COVID-19.
I share my personal experience of living with anxiety for many years without realizing it and highlight the misconception that anxiety is a permanent part of one's identity, emphasising that it is possible to live without anxiety and discuss the need to change both circumstances and personal narratives to overcome anxiety.
I explore the tools you can use to overcome anxiety and acknowledge that anxiety is a normal human response in certain situations but finding ways to release and manage anxiety when it becomes excessive or pervasive is also possible. Overall, the episode aims to provide tools and techniques for reducing anxiety and delve into the anxiety inducing drama of my own experiences.
