Brandon Staley is the second year head football coach of the Los Angeles Chargers. He is considered one of the brightest young minds in in the game, joining the Chargers in 2021 at just 38 years of age. After an up & down first season, Staley looks to lead the Chargers through a packed AFC West in 2022. Prior to coaching at the Chargers, he coached at three other NFL clubs: Rams, Bears, & Broncos. Before he started his coaching career in 2006, Staley played college quarterback at the University of Dayton (Go Flyers!).
In the past ten years, Staley has coached for 8 different programs, both college & NFL.
