The case of South African athlete Caster Semenya returns to France's European Court of Human Rights. The trial against alleged underworld kingpin Nafiz Modack will continue in the Western Cape High Court. The COSAS Four case has been postponed because of applications the accused have brought challenging the charges of crimes against humanity that they’re facing and challenging the TRC’s decision to refuse them amnesty.
