Today on the show we have Dr Corinne Devin who is dialing in from Japan. Dr Corinne is a commander in the United States Navy and is here today to talk about leadership.

Now you might be wondering what the US navy has to do with the Electricians Co-Op and I can tell you that when you hear about Dr Corinne's experience in leadership roles it has everything to do with it, and on today's podcast you're going to hear and learn all about Corinne's experience leading small teams often under pressure and in difficult environments.

There are some lessons to be learnt here, both from a personal perspective but there are also going to be some great lessons you can apply to your life in general.
