Over the last week or so we've done a few shows and the theme has been very people centric and one of the topics that keeps on coming up is toxic workplaces. It's with that important point in mind that Jamie and I wanted to hop on the podcast today to share our experiences of toxic workplaces, and in the process, help you if you are facing the same problems that we did.

In the second half of today's show we talk about your company mission statement. Keeping with the theme of being people centric we want to shine a spotlight on the importance of why you do what it is you do!

Over the years I've worked with hundreds of businesses and the ones with really strong mission and vision statements that were available and visible for their staff to see daily were the businesses that were flourishing. The businesses that lacked this type of foresight and vision were the businesses that were floundering.

Today on the show we have my Rob's brother Richard Brus from SEOWORX here to discuss all things Google Adwords.

Now as you know Adwords can be a blessing and a curse. It's a curse and can cause you to burn through a whole lot of cash really quickly especially if you don't know what you're doing. However if you have it dialed in properly then it can accelerate your inbound leads and sales like nothing else out there.
