Our guest today is Bonnie Schroeder. Bonnie’s fitness journey began at age twelve when she started running track and field. She continued her passion through high school and college but soon started to feel a void. So, she switched gears to bodybuilding and won the very first powerlifting heat she entered! Bonnie currently holds all USAPL records in her weight class in the state of Iowa. In 2017, she placed fifth at the USAPL Nationals and in 2018 she placed third at the SPD Pro American heat at The Arnold. Bonnie currently works as an online coach and trainer for competitive powerlifters, conducts seminars across the US and Canada, and plans on competing again in 2020.
