This guided meditation led by Mikey Star is designed to charge each chakra by visualizing the colors associated with the seven chakras. Each time you practice charging your chakras, you will gain a greater awareness of the health of each chakra. Take note of any color that you can not visualize, for this inability suggests that the color associated with that chakra may be out of balance. Once you can successfully visualize each color, your chakra system will be open and balanced. As you are working toward balance, be kind and loving to yourself, and know that love cures all things. Are you still holding onto a grudge only to find yourself stuck in the same old memory of being hurt? Maybe you’re harboring pain from something that happened to you as a child and you just can’t seem to let it go. Whatever it was, it is still draining your energy and it’s time to practice the art of forgiveness. In this episode, The EmPOWERment Couple talks about how to forgive and forge forward. They’ve discovered some serious science behind forgiveness and sharpened some tools for you that will allow you to finally forgive and let go. And to finally let go, they added a bonus “Cord Cutting,” guided meditation led by Mikey. We all keep score of the attacks, betrayals, and power struggles that happen in relationships. In the end,  everyone gets hurt, yet we keep score to show who gets hurt the most. As Mikey says, “the only way to settle the score, is to remove the score.” Forgiveness will set you free!
