Sometimes recording a podcast where you get to plan everything in advance and "play to your strengths" with show topics can make it sound like, as the host, you're coming from a place of certainty and experience...but sometimes that's definitely not the case.

Even though I consider myself to be an open-minded, nonjudgemental person, I've recently started to realize the ways that judgement, jealousy, and insecurity have negatively affected my outlook and my perception of others.

Heather is here this week to help me navigate this and figure it out on the fly from a very imperfect and in-progress perspective. I hope it's also relatable and helpful to you.
