The Exploration of Consciousness with Amina Mara

Exploring consciousness through lucid dreaming, out of body experiences, meditation, and more. Today, we speak with Amina Mara of the Dream World Podcast. We start out by talking about asking dream characters for guidance and whether some characters might not be external forces or higher powers. We also talk about death in dreams and dreaming as preparation for dying.

After the break we talk about consciousness then Amina gets into specific advice to enhance your lucid dreaming. Max asks a question about lucid daydreaming. We then talk about video games and meditation. We end by talking about out of body experiences and sleep paralysis.

BIO: Amina, is a published author and lucid dream coach. With a background in psychology, she is determined to pave the way for this emerging field of research. Her content focuses on everything from OBEs, advanced dreamwork practices, meditation, mindfulness, consciousness exploration, science & all things spirituality.
