The spotlight is back on the pros and cons of working from home, in light of recent return to office edicts from various major employers, the latest being the NSW Government.

The Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) says the remote working revolution has benefited workers with disabilities, carers and mothers with young children.

But with more workers returning to the office now,  how will this effect those working from home, in terms of things like promotions, networking opportunities, team building and inclusion?
