In the rough neighborhoods of 1990s Dallas, sex workers begin turning up dead. Cops are horrified to see that they all have something in common...their eyeballs are missing. The investigation takes a turn and with some luck and cutting edge new DNA technology involving an animal hair, the cops find their killer. Charles Albright is a very strange man with an even stranger background. This case makes a solid argument for just how screwed up a mother can make her son.
