“It makes a difference when you enjoy what you’re doing.”
“Fishing is a very broad term - charter fishing, saltwater fishing, that’s a lot of fun. I enjoy that a lot. But bass fishing, freshwater fishing, the tournaments, that’s a lot of challenges. A lot of people think it’s pretty easy and the same thing, but there’s a lot that goes into it.”
“I’m starting to realize, and those two weeks helped, how crazy it is keeping up with kids. I’d say the biggest thing I’m realizing is that it’s a job, it’s a big job.”
“I’ll tell them that - I’m not gonna tell you it’s just the way things are because that’s gonna cause all these problems. There are workarounds, we probably see more, not knock-off brands but alternative options now than I think we ever have.”
“There are lots of different options for the same type of stuff. I pretty much show them different options, hold their hand a little bit, it doesn’t have to be a bad thing.”
