Although the new guidance appears to be incremental approval at the surface level, if you look at the guidance and accompanying statements, it is actually a limited hangout designed to cement the core of the respiratory viral vaccine agenda. Officials refuse to recognize safety issues, negative efficacy, viral immune escape, and DNA contamination, just to mention a few.
