First, they break down the Biden Department of Education's radical changes to Title IX of the Civil Rights Act, adding gender identity protections to an area of law specifically focused on ensuring opportunities for women and girls. Now, the government will force schools at every level to allow students and personnel to use whichever bathroom they identify with, compel speech through mandatory preferred pronoun usage, and strip college students of due process rights when accused of sexual misconduct. 
 
Then, they react to the latest in the anti-Semitic protests happening at Columbia University and many other far-left, supposedly elite institutions. They also react to President Biden condemning the protests but - in the same breath - also condemning "those who don't understand what's going on with the Palestinians."
 
Finally, they shake their heads as Biden-appointed bureaucrats at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sue Sheetz gas stations for racial discrimination by refusing to hire applicants who failed a criminal background check.
