  • Ep. 9 - w/ Meghan Oddy

In this episode, I had the opportunity to chat with Meghan Oddy, who I recently connected with through our shared manifestation practice (TBM for those who are familiar!). Meghan shares how she manifested her out of state move and transitioned from a lot of toxic habits and a corporate job, to eventually owning her dream storefront and living a more true life.

Before manifesting all of this, Meghan had to overcome generational trauma, unhealthy habits, victim mentality rooted in childhood, and learn how to remain deep in her self-worth.

Meghan found it crucial to reframe setbacks as opportunities for growth, and that spending tons of time in nature helped her gain clarity in her manifestation practice.

You'll hear about the process and benefits of raw foods and sprouting, as well as living in harmony with nature and finding that peace of mind after the corporate life.
