In this episode I explore pulling away from media and programming. I challenge the concept that not paying attention is burying our heads in the sand. I am inviting us all into experiment with how we spend our precious energy and time. I wonder what would happen if we paid less attention to the programming on TV, radio and social media. Perhaps we could create the change we are all hoping to see.

The death of Charlie Kirk can be a wake up call for all of us. The reaction to his death exemplifies how divided we have become. I am asking us if we can all personally participate in seeing how we are contributing to the division and violence.

In so many ways I am starting a second chapter. Part two. I had to take the leap. This season is about sharing with you the ways I am facing my own fears in beginning again. I have so much to share about my recent divorce, my kids flying the nest and of course the practice.
