This week the Mother Tongue ladies devised an extra special podcast for their listeners. On this episode expect to hear all about their firsts, from the first time they had sex with their husband after the birth of their child, to the first time they went to the toilet for their post delivery poo.

As well as being hysterically funny at times, it also gives an open and honest account of some of the first moments you encounter during motherhood. The good, the bad, the funny and the sometimes ugly.
