Anthony Yotis learnt all there was to know about seafood from his father who was a fishmonger at Melbourne's Footscray wholesale seafood markets for more than 40 years.

A few years ago he opened his own shop called The Fishmonger's Son and, alongside his wife Laura, has just published his own cookbook with the same title.
